2. What data we process and why
Contact form: if you write to us through the form, we process the name, email address, company (optional) and message you send, to deal with your request for information, enquiry or complaint and to reply to you.
Assistant chat: if you use the website chat, each message is sent to OpenRouter and to an OpenAI model to generate the reply, with a request to use zero-retention processing only; the service may keep technical usage data. We do not store the conversations. We recommend not typing personal data into the chat. If you leave your details in the chat's contact card (name, email and reason), we process them with your explicit consent to deal with your request, and they are sent by email to studio@hommu.com and jan@hommu.com (Hommu Decor S.L.U.).
Email and phone: if you write or call us directly, we use the data you provide only to reply to you.
3. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
4. Recipients and processors
Form messages are delivered by email to Hommu Studio's mailboxes (studio@hommu.com and jan@hommu.com). We do not share data with third parties, except where required by law. To run the website we use technical providers (web hosting and email) that access data as processors. The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when you visit the site. If you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure site usage, as detailed in the Cookie policy.
5. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the legal periods in which liabilities may arise.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to studio@hommu.com or by post to Casp 116, attic 1, 08013 Barcelona, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent document.
If you consider that your rights have not been properly dealt with, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Third-party data
If you provide us with third-party data, you guarantee that you are entitled to do so and that you have informed them.
8. Commercial communications
We only send commercial communications by electronic means if you have previously requested or consented to them. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to studio@hommu.com.
